Why our bodies are giving up on us - Part 2
Another reason why the body gives up on us.....
Is LACK OF LOVE
Now you might say "Ive got plenty of love in my life. My family love me. My friends love me. I'm a confident person!"
I dont mean EXTERNAL LOVE...
I mean LOVING YOURSELF.
You see, when we were growing up, we were either told or overheard people being teased "OH you love yourself, your up yourself, you think you are so good!!"
So we learn that its not ok to really think you are great, because its not acceptable TO BE IN LOVE WITH YOURSELF...
SO... We look at the areas we dont like about our body....
-Ive got fat thighs, fat stomach, fat arms, fat face....
-Too many wrinkles
- You are looking so old
-Oh you are so stupid
- You are so ugly
So what happens is the body says "Well, if you arent going to support and love me, I'm sick of this.
I'm cant work under these conditions!" and this is where illness occurs.
See below an experiment where a lady had 3 jars of rice & water.
One she ignored
One she shouted hateful words at it
Another she said loving words and sang to it
The IGNORE rotted
The HATE started rotting too and growing fungus and attracted flies
The LOVE stayed the same.... clear & pure
This also replicates the work done by Dr Emoto, where we did the same thing with water. When he froze the water, the LOVE turned into magnificent crystals. The HATE turned into sluge....
We are 90% water... Can you imagine how detrimental to your health not loving yourself is??
That when you say "I'm not good enough" or "I hate my fat stomach and thighs" this actually changes the cells and molecules in your body which, over time, starts to break down.
I have set up an Experiment called The Worldwide "I Love You" Experiment.
Where we tell outselves every morning and every night "You are so beautiful. I love you!"
To change our cell structures and start getting our body to work for us again....
