WHO ARE YOU????
It is one of the first questions that people want to know when you first meet them...
Who are you? What do you do? What's your story???
When asked this question, it can get REALLY tricky....
Especially if you are an entrepreneur..
WHO ARE YOU??? REALLY????
What do you answer???
You might say your job....
"Oh I'm a manager, teacher, doctor, lawyer..."
But thats what you DO, not who you are...
And I see it time and time again with my Business Clients who feel the need to have a title for what they do...
What if I said "No you don't need a title! You don't even need to call yourself something other than your name...
When you put a title or a role on yourself, you limit the opportunities to only being that...
And the Universe has endless opportunities waiting just for you to take you on a magnificent journey....
But in a traditional sense people still need to have something to call themselves or to cling onto an identity...
And sometimes when our lives are determined by our job, we loose our own identity.....
Which is a contradiction, right???
I fell right into that trap yesterday....
A lady I just met said "Oh and what do you do??"
So I said (because I do so much!) "Spiritual Advisor"...
In my mind I was happy with that, it kinda put all my talents in the one basket...
But I could see her eyes glaze over and go on to talk about something else...
WOW! That was a wake up call for me!!!
Because in my circles people just know what a Spiritual Advisor is..
BUT if someone wasnt really "Into that stuff" or wasnt really exposed to it
It means absolutely nothing....
I let it go, because thats how I roll...
And I leave my mind and my awareness open to accept what else I need to know about this.
As we progressed on our chat, she started talking about "Trusting the Path", "Listening to ourselves", "Honouring ourselves" and all about
self analysis, personal growth, going through adversity and getting through it and seeing what you can learn from it, etc etc
And I was thinking that this is exactly what I love to talk about, but it didnt have a label... It was just called "Life", right??
Here I was thinking I had to put a label on what I did, but instead all I had to do was be myself and talk about what I love to talk about....
But somehow, I got caught in the "What do you do" trap.....
And driving today (when I get my most messages) I was told the following...
" Spiritual Advisor is just one thing of what you DO, its not who you are....
And people want to know WHO YOU ARE when they first meet you, what you love to do and how you do that...
Because you have been bought up that what you do is who you are...
What you do, should just be ONE PART of who you are, as it really should be just one of those things you LOVE to do..
This should really be the question people ask you and you ask others....
"Who are you and what do you love to do?"
Can you see by asking WHO ARE YOU and what do you love to do, it opens up so many layers of communication
And this is where we find alot of people have issues with meeting new people
Is how to start a conversation and keep it flowing
If you ask WHO ARE YOU, then you will find that you will have much more in common than you know...
And you open yourself up to learning MORE about the person, and they about you
And you could really be there all night, soaking in all the gorgeousness of who the other person really is...
For me??? What will I say in the future when someone asks "What do you do?"
I will say this.....
"I am so lucky because I get to do whatever I want....
I work whenever I want and have choices every second of every day to live the way I want to live...and this is important to me...
I have been blessed with 4 children and a gorgeous hubby who all love and support me in whatever I have done, I am so grateful. And I support them
150% with their journeys, and I am so blessed to be a big part of their lives.
I am someone who will follow my heart and listen for the next step...
In my heart I know that I have access to an unlimited resource to everything I could ever need....
And I want to share this abundance with everyone who comes across my path...
Every morning I talk to people all around the world online about important things that matter to us and the world at large...
We play games with cards and magic, we do experiments with energy, we help each other out with issues we are having and we remind ourselves of
exactly how special and talented we are, when we forget...
The other thing I love to "DO" is Whisper with the Universe and everything in it..
Did you know that EVERYTHING talks if we only listen to it...
Including your body,
AND that if you really look carefully, we get a message on what we need to do next in our lives, every second of every day...
NO JOKE!!
It is so much fun to sit back and watch all the amazing messages COME TO US and how it all just falls into place....
Who I am, is a human being, just like every other human being
Having a human experience, together...
We all learn from each other
Have fun with each other
And love each other...
While experiencing EVERYTHING that life, this planet and the world has to offer...
Whatever comes across my path
Whatever pops into my head
And whoever comes into my life
Its all for a reason...
The Good, The Bad and well, the Ugly....
Its all part of this experience that we have COMPLETE CONTROL over
When we just listen....
I LOVE this amazing journey called LIFE...
And it loves me back in return...
THATS WHO I AM...and what I do...
And its available to YOU too...to everyone...
We are all special, we are all talented, and we ALL have the ability to be who ever you want to be
